As a Realtor, my top priority is to make my clients happy. Every day, I strive to exceed their expectations and ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. I recognize and value my clients’ trust in me, and I do not take that lightly. I love helping people, which is what Real Estate is all about.
My favorite thing about Real Estate is when you find the perfect home for your buyers. I always tell them they will know it when they see it and seeing my client's eyes light up when they find their dream home is priceless. Their excitement is what motivates me, and it is what drives me as a Realtor.
I have been in the real estate business since 2004, specializing in First-Time Home Buyers, New Construction, Military Relocation, and Corporate Relocation. My experience ranges from working with local builders to veteran home buyers and sellers. I completely understand what it takes to ensure my clients reach the finish line.
I am a Military Spouse, and my husband, Michael, proudly served in the Army. I completely understand the challenges of relocating Military families in our area and am especially equipped to help. I have two beautiful daughters, Brooke and Annabelle, and the most adorable grandbaby, Ms. Everleigh Bryce. When I am not helping buyers and sellers, I enjoy spending time with my family, I love going to concerts, and we are total Marvel nerds.

She is one of the good ones that genuinely loves her job, and she works hard to help you find your dream home. She's knowledgeable, reliable, and a great support throughout your journey. Cindy takes notes at each showing to understand what your needs and wants are. She checks in regularly to make sure everyone is on the same page. As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were clueless with a lot of things. Cindy always took the time to explain every single detail and answered our many (many, many) questions all along the way. She was smart and aggressive when it came to helping us make our offer. Cindy was a God send!!! Being a military family we are still in TX, buying a home in NC. I was only able to make one short trip to house hunt. Cindy made the most of those three days I had and after we had the one we wanted picked out, handled everything we could throw at her and then some. Her knowledge and experience were crucial in making this a smooth transaction, when I had questions she was never slow in response and gave me every answer I needed and even some I didn't even think of yet. She made me feel like I was dealing with family, and there were a couple times the Army was trying it's best to complicate things for me, she handled every curve thrown. I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for me, my wife, and our soon to be son. We have the perfect house for our growing family thanks to her.

It was a pleasure to meet with such a knowledgeable and experienced realtor. She was very professional and really took her time during our first meeting.However; after our first meeting, her attentiveness and ability to reply to emails decreased drastically. We were given a name of someone she works with to advise us as to where to go from here in our search and not once did he contact us after her took all the necessary info he needed. He told my husband he would receive a call and or email within a day and well that was not the case. After sending two emails to Cindy to try and see what was going on, we were basically blown off. A simple answer as to, ok this is where we go next or I'm sorry I'm just to busy right now would have been equally respected and understood.All in all she seems like a pleasure to work with but that observation suffered big time when you make a potential client chase you and still not receive answers one way or the other.
