One of my favorite moments in real estate is watching a buyer walk into the home. You know the one. I always tell my clients, "You'll know it when you see it," and almost every time, they're the ones proving me right. Seeing that excitement and knowing I helped make it happen is what keeps me passionate about what I do every single day.
I've proudly served buyers and sellers across Central North Carolina since 2004. As the Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Advantage's Sanford office, I specialize in first-time home buyers, new construction, resale homes, military relocation, and corporate relocation. Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of families navigate one of life's biggest milestones, and I strive to make every client feel like they're my only client. As the proud wife of an Army veteran who served our country for 21 years, military families hold a special place in my heart. I understand firsthand the excitement, challenges, and uncertainty that often come with relocating, and I'm honored to help make those transitions a little easier.
When I'm not helping clients, you'll usually find me spending time with my amazing family—my husband, Michael, our daughters, Brooke and Annabelle, and my sweet granddaughters, Everleigh and Ruby. I'm also honored to serve our community as a member of the Lee County Board of Education and enjoy being actively involved in the place I'm proud to call home.

Cindy was a God send!!! Being a military family we are still in TX, buying a home in NC. I was only able to make one short trip to house hunt. Cindy made the most of those three days I had and after we had the one we wanted picked out, handled everything we could throw at her and then some. Her knowledge and experience were crucial in making this a smooth transaction, when I had questions she was never slow in response and gave me every answer I needed and even some I didn't even think of yet. She made me feel like I was dealing with family, and there were a couple times the Army was trying it's best to complicate things for me, she handled every curve thrown.
